Opening the Court
“Righteous Judge of Heaven and Earth,
I stand before Your Court today, not in my own righteousness, but clothed in the righteousness of Jesus Christ, the Lamb slain before the foundation of the world. I request entry into Your Courtroom by the blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24).
I come to present my case against the seahorse spirit, the marine kingdom, and every allied spirit that has laid claim to me, my family, or my bloodline.”
Full Confession and Repentance
“Father, I confess and repent on behalf of myself and my entire ancestral line — all the way back through every generation, through Adam, and even before Adam into the hidden ages unknown to mankind.
I repent for every sin, covenant, oath, ritual, and agreement made:
- With the marine kingdom, including Neptune, Poseidon, Dagon, merfolk, sirens, and sea deities.
- With marine spirits of seduction, witchcraft, manipulation, and role reversal.
- With incubus, succubus, and spiritual spouses.
- With marine technologies, implants, and crystalline grids.
- With marine altars, thrones, and laboratories.
- With marine contracts of delay, stagnation, sabotage, and confusion.
I repent for every blood sacrifice, offering, or dedication made to the waters.
I repent for every dream covenant sealed in the night.
I repent for every soul tie forged through lust, manipulation, or witchcraft.
I repent for every ancestral vow that gave the marine kingdom legal rights over my family line.
And Father, I go deeper still — I repent for what is hidden and unknown:
- For the rebellion of pre-Adamic beings who made covenants with fallen watchers and marine entities.
- For the ancient trade of souls, destinies, and knowledge in exchange for marine power.
- For the hidden contracts written in the deep places of the earth before mankind walked upon it.
- For the mysteries of iniquity that predate Adam, where creation itself was defiled by fallen ones.
I confess these sins, known and unknown, and I place them under the blood of Jesus. I declare that His sacrifice is sufficient to cleanse all unrighteousness, past, present, and future.”
Grounds for Annulment
“Righteous Judge, I present the following legal grounds for annulment of every marine covenant:
- They were made under fraud and deception.
- They were made under duress and coercion.
- They were made without legal authority to bind me or my descendants.
- They were made for illegal and immoral purposes, contrary to Your Word.
- They are superseded by the New Covenant in the blood of Jesus Christ.”
Application of the Blood
“I present the blood of Jesus as evidence.
The blood testifies that every debt is paid, every curse is broken, and every legal right of the enemy is revoked.
The blood is the eternal witness that I am redeemed, justified, and sanctified.
Let the blood of Jesus blot out every marine contract, covenant, and record from the books of hell.”
Petition for Verdict
“Father, I now petition this Court for a verdict:
- That every marine contract, covenant, oath, or agreement tied to the seahorse spirit and its allies be declared null and void.
- That every marine throne, altar, and legal structure enforcing these contracts be dismantled.
- That every marine record, scroll, and archive be incinerated by the fire of God.
- That every marine spirit, known and unknown, be bound and cast into the abyss for judgment.
- That my destiny scroll be cleansed, restored, and aligned with Your original design.”
Calling Angelic Officers
“I now call upon the Angelic Officers of the Court:
- Archangel Michael and the Hosts of War — to retrieve every marine contract from vaults, seabeds, and astral libraries.
- The Angels of Fire — to burn and incinerate every contract, scroll, and covenant.
- The Angels of Chains — to bind the seahorse spirit and its allies.
- The Angels of the Waters — to dry up marine reservoirs and collapse their power bases.
- The Angels of the Scrolls — to deliver the decrees of annulment into every timeline and dimension.
I decree: every contract is retrieved, presented before this Court, and dissolved by the blood of Jesus.”
Naming the Spirits
“By the authority of this Court, I name the spirits involved:
- Known: Leviathan, Python, Jezebel, Delilah, Dagon, Poseidon, Octopus, Squid, Sirens, Incubus, Succubus, Delay, Stagnation, Role Reversal, Marine Witchcraft, Monitoring, Manipulation, Destiny Sabotage, Confusion, Passivity.
- Unknown and now exposed: Thalasson, Neraphis, Okeanidra, Pelagion, Hydrassor, Maridox, Kelphoros, Syrenthis, Abyssara, Crystallion, Obscuron, Tidalith.
I decree they are bound, stripped of authority, and cast into the abyss under eternal judgment.”
Quantum Dismantling
“I request the collapse of every marine matrix:
- Thrones shattered.
- Altars overturned.
- Laboratories dismantled.
- Quantum cages broken.
- DNA imprints erased.
- Neural pathways rewired with the Mind of Christ.
- Timelines realigned with Heaven’s scrolls.
- Alternate realities sealed off from demonic access.
I retrieve every soul fragment, destiny scroll, and inheritance stolen by marine spirits. I reintegrate them into my being, healed and sealed in Christ.”
Replacement with God’s Covenant
“I now align myself with the eternal covenant of the blood of Jesus.
I receive the covenant of life, freedom, and destiny.
I decree that my identity, time, relationships, and destiny are sealed in God’s order.
I am clothed in the Helmet of Salvation, the Mind of Christ, and the Seal of the Holy Spirit.”

Let the angels enforce it across all realms, timelines, and bloodlines.
Let the seahorse spirit and its allies be eternally judged.
